Arden Maidstone - BMW

Avoid, I bought an aproved car and supoze to have 1 year warranty, but they did not gave me any warranty, I was forced to repair the car on my own expense!! I pay 20000 for this car and another 1000 for the repairs!!! I called them 4th times and they did nothing!!!

Extremely poor service. Recall, attended, nothing seemed to have done, electrical faults remained in i drive as before, mechanic changed the position of central control panel, but mechanic overlooked water damage, a manufactures fault, hence all the issues came in to play. I had take to an independent garage to diagnose this water damage, more than 2 thousand pounds of bills to be paid next. What an unprofessional service! BMW head office should remove this centre from their panel.

Due to geographic ease I have for years had the misfortune of using this business for various BMW services and repairs. A couple of good individuals but on the whole its badly managed, they combine poor customer service and zero flexibility - my advice is avoid but if you use them check your booking , invoice and be prepared to be let down after a long wait to get your keys back ! After 5 there is comedy chaos. I blame myself I should have moved dealership years ago . Yesterday I did. They will respond to this review by asking me to send in an email ... i.e. zero interest in a long term customer they have just lost.

We went to look at a used BMW X3 today, Luke Wilkinson provided extremely good service. He was very efficient and allowed us to take our time to think without using any outrageous sales strategies. He was very welcoming and warm, provided us all the information without any partial opinions about the car.
