Quite simply the best online model shop. I am based in Australia and buy from Hatton's two or three times a year. Very keen prices, shipping costs are always fair, the VAT is always removed (something other model shops 'forget' to do.) and the service is always excellent. I thoroughly recommend Hatton's. An excellent place to shop. Thank you to all who work there.

Hattons has a great range of products and they offer a good online experience. Do not be tempted to visit the warehouse, becasue that is what it is. I visited them on 21st April 2023 and was hugely disappointed in the onsite shop and the shopping experience overall. They were undertaking some alterations (putting up shelving behind the till) No consideration was shown to me, the staff member jsut got on with the work despite the noise he made. I left the building feeling that I was an a problem to them rather than a customer. The instore shop also required me to know exactly what I wanted. There was no facility for me to browse on a computer terminal or through a catalogue. I doubt that I will now make any future purchases from them, despite the fact that I have spent 1000s in the past. They need to be aware that the competition do offer a far better onsite customer experience and as such others will gain my custom in the future. Sorry Hattons!

Wow ordered 4869 dapol 0 gauge with sound 11am Friday it came Saturday 11/20am, surprised as web site states beware dpd don't work weekends I know they do but this the first for me to order Friday it usually comes Monday outstanding service thanks hattons
