A total waste of time, feel really let down by this incompetent and unprofessional company. Cancelled a job on me as we hadn't settled the deposit within 48hours (not anywhere did it ever state payment must be made within 48hrs !!) i just recieved a curt email from Sarah out of the blue to cancel, totally unprofessional. Seems like they'll drop you if they get a more preferable job come there way!! Their whole attitude from the start has been abrupt, unorganised and quite frankly rude! Thankfully we've been in touch with Midland Masonry today who came in 400 cheaper for full doff cleaning and were friendly and helpful unlike this company, so probably did me the favour! Avoid at all costs!

I could not recommend MPB enough! They were so professional and helpful and our old oak beams look fantastic! It was the best decision we ever made for our house and it has been the first big step in our renovation. Thank you MPB for such a pleasant experience!
