my (now) fianc and I went to Pruden and Smith all the way from Somerset to get an engagement ring designed. They were really helpful with excellent customer service. I've had tons of compliments on my ring and love that it's unique compared to everyone else's.

I asked Pruden and Smith to create a statement necklace from various pieces of jewellery that I had been given over the years, including necklaces, earrings and my grandmothers engagement ring. They listened to the brief (which was very vague indeed tbf!) and came up with a design which I loved. They produced the necklace within a month (in time for a special birthday) and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I have had so many compliments on it and now, instead of the various items sitting in my jewellery box, I can wear them all at once in one stunning necklace. Sooo over the moon. Thank you.
