Mark installed a PIV unit in our loft to solve a condensation problem in our house and we were so impressed with the work done that we asked SST to come and fix an issue with our kitchen wall. Again, the work was carried out to an extremely high standard by Mark and his team - who were knowledgeable and friendly - and happy to share their knowledge and details of the work they were doing throughout. They also cleaned our gutters for us. All this work was done for an incredibly good value price. I would not only recommend Mark, I would happily use him again for any work we need done.

In order to understand the issue that we were facing, we got in contact with several contractors, including Southern Specialist Treatments. None of the other contractors were able to identify the cause of what we believed was rainwater ingress. On the contrary, Mark was able to immediately recognize the issue as condensation and he suggested installing a Positive Input Ventilation system. From the start he was very professional, patient and available to answer our many questions. Mark and his son carried out the installation very professionally and the issue is now resolved! Totally recommend!

Honest, reliable, efficient and quality work, I highly recommend SST. Having been burnt in the past by traders in my previous home and been conned along with hundreds of other by a well known Brighton Sash Window company, I am extremely cautious with my chosen contractors. From the time of quoting, SST proved to be experts in their field, friendly, honest and reasonable, they also showed a lot of care and attention. They managed to fit in work to replace flooring in my living room that had rotten. I was so pleased with the work done, and relieved that SST managed to fit me in so quickly. They also offered payment by credit card which added peace of mind given my recent experiences and arranged for the collection of all waste and recommended other traders to me. I am so glad I chose SST, it is a breath of fresh air to find a trustworthy trader and given me confidence that they do exist! Thank you Mark and Nick for the brilliant job done!

I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family. They have simply been first class from start to finish and clearly they care for their customers. It's great that we have these specialist traders in our area.
