Bungay House

Words cannot describe the abysmal care my mum received here. She was here for 7 weeks until they kicked her out for being too active and falling over, they were told at admission she had a risk of falling. (On reflection i should have taken notice as the manager couldnt be bothered to go visit mum to assess her)The food was atrocious pizza and McDonald's for a treat for Sunday lunch . Not the nutrious food I was promised. In the end I had to make food to take in for mum. The way they removed mum was not asking me to find alternative care but to ring an ambulance on nonsense reasons which when arriving at james paggett hospital the Doctors were baffled. When trying to return mum to the home they were told they didn't want her back! So for 5 days mum spent in paggett while I found a fantastic place for mum . Avoid at all costs this rotten place

I go to bungay house on a regular basis, as a mobile hairdresser..the staff are excellent also on top of any situation. The respect and care is second to none. The home has it's own entertainments with several different acts coming in. Love going to bugay house. The residents are spoilt , and none of the staff ignore a request . Food is excellent and home is clean and tidy. Recently had an extension which has made it even better.
