Anyway to cut long story, took them to a small claims court and I won! I knew I would win because they breached the contract the moment they sold me the car incorrectly described.
In the end, swift car sales had to pay out all the court fees as well as my losses so they lost out more then if just refunded me when I first asked them to. If they just were just decent people and respected their customers then this would never of happened.
This was a true and factual account. Use them at your own risk.
