Never received the order or a refund- sad as we are a small charity helping the vulnerable but feel we have really been taken advantage of - order placed 22nd november - never replied to emails for the past few months. First excuse had covid and then Christmas and a holiday and who knows what its been since then. I appreciate its a small company so one member being sick with covid or on holiday really hits their customer service, but 4 months on and still not any refund for a service they cant give it not good enough for any size company.
