Took our skip 3 days earlier than scheduled before we had chance to fill it (Thursday am with no warning when permit ran out Sunday). Refused a refund or to collect the rest of the tiles that needed removing. Now well have to pay for another skip or removal unnecessarily. Last year also had a bad experience with them accusing us of moving a skip further back so they couldnt collect it (which was proved to be untrue) . They found me and messaged me over Facebook on a Friday night. Not very professional. Avoid if possible EDIT to reply to their comments: they said permit was running out Sunday, did not send any courtesy text in advance to inform us they were collecting earlier than they promised so we were totally unaware. Also if the permit runs out Sunday, why is it being collected thursday AM with absolutely no warning?? With regards to the permit, this was the Third skip on the same job, each time they reviewed the permit same day no issues. We reused as unfortunately there arent many options round here but never again. Services: Construction debris removal, Dumpster rental
