During recent storms, my car developed a leak which allowed copious amounts of dirty rainwater to saturate my boot and back seats. My car smelled like a swamp and felt damp and horrible inside and was starting to go mouldy. After having my car patched up elsewhere- which took about a week and allowed the mould and smell to embed- I brought it to Unicorn Valeting who were so professional and helpful! My car had been patched elsewhere at a bodyworks shop but they weren't entirely sure they'd plugged the leak and asked me to bring it back if it wasn't fixed. It was impossible, however, for me to tell if it was fixed as the car was still wet inside. Unicorn Valeting came to the rescue and offered a service where they would dry out the car and check for leaks before they valeted it! This was such a relief as I had no way of knowing if the problem was resolved or not. They brought my car in, used a special process to look for leaks using fog and sent me a video I could use to forward to the bodyworks shop for advice. They then dried the car out, cleaned all the water stains and used a special chemical that fights odours to get rid of the swamp smell as well as all the usual bits you expect with a valet. My car has never been so clean! All along, communication was fantastic with videos and messages keeping me updated. Unicorn Valeting really took the stress out of what was becoming a very stressful process! My car is now like new again and you would never know it had it's own pond a fortnight ago. I would recommend Unicorn Valeting to everyone. They are so super nice and polite and helpful! The customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. They are also so reasonably priced as well. I'll definitely be back for normal valet services in the future and will tell everyone about them.
