        Arrived for an appointment, after an hour long walk down, only to be told my appointment is scheduled to be a phone call. Funnily enough, I never received such a phonecall. I now have no way of getting my prescription sorted and am beyond stressed. I don't blame the receptionist, as they can only work with the information they have, but wires have obviously been crossed somewhere and I was certainly never told it would be a telephone call when it was initially booked!
