My overall experience was positive. My car was booked in for a labour intensive job which would have been difficult to complete for a number a reasons. The job took longer than expected but a courtesy car was supplied and the car was ready for collection the next day. So far so good, based on my experience I would use this dealership again.

Tried for over a week to contact the parts department with no luck called at the dealership unable to resolve my request.

Had just bought a car from another dealer, NOT Vauxhall, car developed a fault whilst I was 200 mile away from purchase area, unfortunately I was in my opinion given a substandard 3rd party warranty which didnt have the smoothest process as Dobies were encountering. After dialogue with warranty firm and dealer of purchase things were getting quite stressful until I got my car to Dobies who took over from that point, I cant thank this establishment enough, especially Adam of the services department, his communication with me was first class and stress free. THANK YOU
