I bought 3 canopies from this company as I read good reviews, well I made a massive mistake the quality seemed ok at first but after only a few weeks they started to rip and leave small holes,which will obviously get a lot bigger ,ive not had to locate better quality canopies and I've lost over 450 ,the customer service is very cold and they have brushed it off ,my fault i could see a few good reviews but only a few i should have taken more time to check other companies WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ,I HATE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW BUT I HAD NO CHOICE !

I have used Fatstickman many times over the years and have been delighted with all of the signage they have made for us at Earsham Hall...I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Really wish I could give a 5 Review to you guys. Called for you to come and look at replacing missing pieces of my signage. You came to look. No call for a follow up, so had to ring you. Was told Id get a call back. Another week, nothing. Called again, was told someone had forgot to call, would send an email with a quote, nothing. Another week passes, call again, will get someone to call you, nothing. Its now nearly a month, I take it you dont want my business, which is fine, just say. So shortsighted as we want to eventually replace the current signage next year as well as provide our other park with similar signage too. Ill await to see if you contact, wont hold my breath though.
