        Noticed a leak in our house that was quite concerning so i need an Emergency plumbing service .I made a call Heatio LTD and their staff made time to come and assess the problem straight away. Needed some work on the bath and they did a fantastic job resolving the issue in one visit. As always great service, really efficient and well priced - thanks again for all your help.

        The company demanded 250 before anything. The company didn't ask relevant questions on the phone (when they are the experts) and blamed us for sending out the wrong person (the actual engineer was very polite). Then the company let us down by cancelling the second engineer. Do not use this company. Go straight to the individual engineer instead. The only positive - they agreed to refund us after they cancelled.
