        Five star service, pick up and delivery back. Explained the fault ( which I already knew need doing) After a bad experience previously at Gt Yarmouth we used NBR at Diss I wont be going anywhere else but NBR now. They also do many other products and so helpful. Thank you Peter

        Fantastic place,Staff Fantastic couldn't do enough for my wife got a scooter wasn't quite right took it back got a different one no problem whatsoever. Nigel & Ruth brilliant all the staff very friendly, can't recommend enough.

        I called in a few days running to sort out a tripod walking stick for mother in law. All staff were just great and very helpful and friendly. Offering advice on other possible alternatives available to ensure I bought the right item for the job. They were happy to listen to me and advise accordingly. Considering my purchase was only small, they gave me the same service and attention that they had given another customer who was looking at mobility scooters. I would recommend anybody to visit this local store as they deserve our support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and fully intend to use for any future purchases she may require. Thank you for all your help. Julie
