Was a disappointing experience . Had to pester them re a flat they listed for sale in Harlston I was keen on buying as a investment . Claimed they phoned me back but no voice-mail?? Eventually got hold of someone . SO WHAT IS IT YOU WANT. why does one enquire on a property for sale???? OK when would you like to view Today or tomorrow O we have no key well revert OK we can't get a key but what about when we do ie maybe some time next week. Very poor service . Why list the property in the first place Waste of one's time

In disbelief over how we've been treated by the diss branch! Upon handing the keys back we were told that the house was better than when we moved in and im not surprised at this, as I spent days fixing fences that had fallen down, replanting the flower beds at my own cost and doing multiple trips to the dump to take away rubbish that was left by previous tenant. I was then emailed a week after new tenants had moved in and told they were holding some of the deposit please avoid at all cost as these are not honest people. A point to add to your response is that I have the phone conversation recorded and am more than willing to make this public, along with all the photos I have of the house before and after we moved out. I can assure you this phone conversation will hurt your reputation more than it will mine, as you tripped over yourself several times which made it clear you were being dishonest

Helen was a brilliant estate agent and was a pleasure to meet and co operate with. She always went above and beyond and also was very responsive to me needs throughout the tenancy in a very professional manner. Thank you Helen. Helen is also a massive credit to the business and I will be spreading the word about Helen and Musker macintyre as a superb and outstanding business.

Enquired on rightmove regarding a property to rent,after 2 days no response!!! Phoned and spoke with a lady who took my details & could see my rightmove request, no apologies. 2 days later nothing! So phone again spoke with another lady from head office who at least was apologetic, took my details again!!!! Well still awaiting any response at all??? Thought this company was well thought of??? Misguided! Do not use at any cost Ade Hall
