        I had to wait over three weeks, and then the company came out and fitted badly scratched glass into my windscreen. Frustrating experience.

        Absolutely shocking service. Didn't turn up to the first appointment, then failed to call me to re-book even though I made a complaint. Eventually re-booked and came out to repair a chip in my windscreen - only to crack the windscreen! Was told I would get a call about replacing it - not received one. Made another complaint and still haven't heard anything! Reading the reviews on Trustpilot shows that this is not uncommon. How are they still in business? Service: Auto windshield repair
