Ordered dog food for a very sick dog and paid for express delivery ie within 48 hours. No notification received, so rang company. Order picked but not despatched, offered to refund express delivery charge but couldn't say when order would arrive.

Ordered tablets on the Friday and paid for express delivery phoned on the Monday told that it will be with me by the Friday so 1 week to wait. Can't understand why I paid for express. A 2nd class stamp would be faster.

Very disappointed. I ordered medication for my dog in January. Two days later my vet forwarded the relevant prescription to Animed and it was uploaded and visible on my account. Two weeks later, Animed still hadn't connected the two things and the medicine was overdue. I called but couldn't speak to anyone so, as advised, I left a voicemail. No callback. I tried again the next day and eventually got through to be assured it would be resolved and I'd get a call back to confirm. 24 hours later no callback again. I called a third and fourth time and finally talked through the problem step-by step with someone. I was told it would be taken care of straight away. That evening I get an email telling me half my order has been cancelled, but no explanation why. At this point I called for the fifth and final time to cancel the entire order, and went elsewhere. The medicine arrived within 48 hours from the other supplier. Animed are great when things go right, but terrible when things go wrong. I'm afraid I can't use a service I can't rely on to supply medicines for my pets so sadly must continue to go elsewhere.

Ordered my dogs tablets a week ago ,they already had the 6 month prescription and it was validated the day after I reordered and a week later I'm still waiting, so I've had to buy some tablets from my vet to keep my dog healthy until they arrive, I rang 2 days ago and the lady said she couldn't understand what was holding the order up but said they would be sent out on Monday ,I've been checking all day today (Monday )and it still just says prescription validated ,not happy and will be using someone else after this
