I found NBK to be professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and ideas. Tony led me through the process seamlessly, ensuring it was stress free. Mark, our fitter, was professional and was very experienced. Despite no floor, wall or ceiling in our home being straight or even, Mark fitted our kitchen perfectly. He offered advice when it came to some of the finer detail. And I am so happy with the finish. I dealt with many members of the team, Millie, Megan and Ryan to name a few. And can honestly say everyone was professional and I was treated as a person, not a number or another order. I would thoroughly recommend NBK and will be returning when my bathroom needs a refit. NBK completely replaced our bathroom. Removed bath and old shower and installed a beautiful walk in shower, sink and unit and a new toilet. Also replaced the old toilet in the cloak room, with a loo with a sink on top of the cistern. Brilliant idea! Thanks to NBK for that one.
