I have found simply sound and lighting an extremely professional service I had a fault with my led starcloth , I had delivered the faulty one and within a week they had replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much guys

Absolutely awful buy on finance with next day delivery items all show in stock on web site. Next day email saying 2-3 week waiting list no alternative offered so not only have they not got the product it affects your credit score for nothing appalling.

I've used Simply Sound and Lighting on several occasions and have always found them to be reliable and professional. Their team is knowledgeable and helpful, and they go out of their way to ensure that their customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, my recent experience left me feeling a bit uneasy. I had some issues with a purchase I made and it took almost 3 months to resolve them. While the team was responsive to my concerns and worked diligently to rectify the situation, the length of time it took to resolve the issue left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I would still recommend Simply Sound and Lighting however, I would caution anyone making a purchase to be aware that issues may take some time to resolve.
