Bad service, suppose deliver 3 weeks ago, never show up, contacted customer service, raised a ticket, only person got back was to ask for sign up their newsletter! very disappointed

I ordered a letter for my granddaughter on their face book post someone had commented about your customer service and how she was spoken too..I commented on her post nothing nasty at all. But then I find I'm blocked from your site. I was going to post a photo of my granddaughter with her letter.but couldn't as you blocked me for no reason what so ever. So thanks for that as you upset my granddaughter too,as she wanted to post her photo to santa.

rubbish, never received my order no reply to my email, they have a number you can't speak to anyone on. absolute waste of time. how do I get a refund. you ruined xmas for a four year old. I ordered my letter at the beginning of december

Very disappointing! I ordered 3 letters on February 28th and chose the text message option. Today is January 4th 2018 and the letters still have not arrived and the kids did not receive a text message. I sent an email expressing my concern about delivery and was told they would send a replacement out, maybe the kids will get both in December 2018. The only reason i have 1 star is because it will not let me post with none. Thanks for nothing Magic Santa Letters I will not use this service again

Am really happy to see a big smile on my 3year old son's face when his santa letter came I recommend it just to see the look on there faces
