        Very poor service Last December 2021 I received my parcel from Norfolk Feather Company it was Norfolk 5* Hotel Collection | Hi-Firm Support Side Sleeper Pillow and it seemed just the pillow I was looking for. Sadly 6 months later the pillow is lumpy and doesnt hold its shape. I phoned NFC yesterday and they can do nothing to help me. Just hard luck. This is very disappointing from a company that seems to have good reviews.

        I really wanted to like this pillow as I paid out a lot for a Simba one that has grown more uncomfortable over time and as Im a side sleeper I thought this would be perfect being a firm pillow. My head just sinks to the bottom of the pillow and theres no support at all! 45 I wish I had not spent now!
