        Advertised easesto online but don't let you purchase it.. you get advised to go to a vets ? So dont waist peoples time looking through your website if your not selling them to the public.. DURR

        Currently have 2 cats and have to use MiPet on 2 occasions to make claims. I have found the process to claim really easy and straightforward with minimal effort to make the claim. They have always paid out in full and have provided excellent communication via email with the status of the claim. When I have contacted them they have been helpful and informative. Good value for the peace of mind the policies offer.
