        Only gave one star cos had to, avoid this place as they will damage you car and cover it up it's like a preschool, with mechanics that act like boys messing around not caring about people's cars your car will come out of there with body damage.

        Just driven 1.5 hours to come and look at a car, salesman knew we were coming and how far we were coming. Car was in terrible condition, scratched all over, dirty inside, asked if he would do all the scratches and scuffs all over the car, salesman's attitude was poor, said it was a 4 year old car it's not going to be perfect, this is a 20k 4 year old focus from a main dealer, you would expect it to be in much better condition. He didn't even offer us a cup of tea or a drink of water. Complete waste of a day, went to buy the same car from another ford main dealer the next day, was cheaper, in much better condition and salesman was much nicer.
