I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for my oil. I have never come across such appalling services,in my life, terrible customer services, no contact via managers, they don't give a monkeys about there customer. DO NOT order off this company.

Appalling service. Cancelled a much needed delivery at the last minute on a Friday and literally about to run out. Don't open an account with them. Prices are way too high and they handle level of payments badly and allow you to accrue a big debt, clearing this is a big outlay in order for you to go elsewhere.

So after ordering at the very beginning of February as we had ran out I was told I was on priority list to receive oil but definitely by 21st Feb..fast forward to three weeks later I get a call and email saying will be delivered the next day, so we stay in awaiting said oil delivery..nope then an email at 4.30pm to say won't get delivery that day then heard nothing so rang them to be told out deadline was missed...really! And would be delivered by the Friday, yep you guessed it no delivery for then for me to call again and told it would be delivered by 27th Feb.... in the meantime (8th Feb) I've gone with Goff as we were out of oil and they delivered the very next day! Needless to say I will NEVER EVER use Watson's again...shop local people say mmm this is one company I will not shop locally with! Oh and I'm writing this on 25th Feb still waiting on Watson's and I will be ringing Monday 27th and cancelling this order. Quick enough to take my money shame you're not capable of fulfilling that order tho!!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY. My mother, who is in her seventies, ordered from Watsons 3 weeks before her oil was running low. They confirmed the order and took payment, all seemed perfectly normal as they'd delivered oil to her twice before. Then a 2 weeks before the delivery was due, they called to change the date to the following week. My mother explained that she would be quite low on oil that week - which she uses to heat her house and water. They assured her it would be on the monday. They called on the monday to say it would be wednesday, then called on the wednesday to say it would be thursday. My mother was getting, understandably worried at this point as she didn't have enough oil to get through the weekend, but they assured her it would be thursday. Then on Thursday Watsons called and said they would no longer be delivering to her road as the driver had said he couldn't get the oil truck down there. Bearing in mind they'd delivered twice before and they had no problem my mother was confused. She tried to speak to a manager, but the call centre lady just said she'd been told to tell her they no longer deliver to her road. My mother asked why they hadn't told her sooner as Watsons had had plenty of time to tell her this and had spoken to her several times that week assuring her the oil would be delivered! The lady kept repeating she was sorry and thats all she knew! Utterly DISGUSTING that my mother has now got to find some emergency oil from somewhere and pay through the nose for it, just to make sure she can heat her house and water this weekend. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
