        COVID restrictions have eased, the country is encouraged to get back to the office yet Diss branch are still not providing access to customers on Saturdays! My elderly father-in-law prefers in-branch personal service and given my wife and I work, your restricted branch hours are a major inconvenience - something we have accepted during the pandemic. However, the country has moved forward with a very high percentage of adult population vaccinated, yet Diss opening hours have not!

        Absolute joke that it isn't open on a Saturday, and only until 2pm during the week. For people that work mon-fri how are you supposed to visit the branch when required? I for one will be leaving very soon and I hope others do the same.
