Lovely yoga classes and teacher! I've been coming to Gill's sessions for the last year and love them. Gill is a great teacher, so calm and inclusive and I've noticed such improvements in my posture since coming. Highly recommend! :)

I joined Senior Yoga about 8 weeks ago. Gill is a great teacher. She explains and demonstrates clearly each movement. I am delighted to have found this class. It is great for my flexibility and and stretching, helps me to relax too. Would recommend this class.

I have been doing Yoga for seniors with Gill since last February. The classes are enjoyable and very beneficial. My back problems have improved greatly. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone.

I have been working with Gill for almost 2 years with one to one classes. I wanted to grow a yoga practice and found it really hard to build a regular routine. I knew yoga was good for me but I struggled to 'feel' yoga was good for me. Gill helped me grow this feeling through tailored classes to suit my needs and likes. Over time I believe I have developed a new neuron path! and now I find my motivation to do yoga by myself is so much easier and I have a regular practice. Gill taught me so many techniques that what ever my mood or energy levels I always have something to use and adapt to suit me. Gill is kind and thoughtful as a teacher, she has given great consideration to me and my needs and I am very grateful to have her as my teacher. I could not recommended her enough!
