*EDIT- now recieved warranty 6.5 weeks after car purchased* Been chasing the car warranty for 6 and half weeks now. Car has problems which need to be sorted. I unfortunately believed Joel when he said the day I purchased the car that he would send over the warranty that evening. If it was a really cheap car then I wouldn't be so bothered but when spending 7k on a car you expect to beable to have and use the "3 month warranty" that is advertised.

Horrible customer service. Please read all the one star reviews!! The 5 star ones are mostly fake you can tell. I bought a car and within 2 weeks i had a transmission fault. Contacted Joel who completly refused to take any responsibility, or even acknowledge consumer rights and wasnt prepared to help. He the said his solicitor would get in touch, and immediately blocked my number and is now ignoring my calls! Havent had anything from his so called solicitor. He is a horrible man to deal with after buying a car. The car needs a new gearbox. It failed on me twice on the motorway which is outright dangerous. This garage is the perfect example of someone giving the industry a bad name. Sells dangerous cars with faults and then refuses to help. Most of the 5 star reviews you can tell are fake!
