I had to drop off a request for my meds today so I posted it in the letter box in foyer. The box was full to bursting with repeat medication requests and visible to all and sundry using the service. This is private patient data can we have the box emptied more frequently please. Thank you.

Hard to get a face to face appointment. Difficult receptionist! Half of the time you can't get through! Once took me off trammadol without tapering and I was In a big mess!! Needed a letter off the doctor once and had wrong info on and had to go back and be redone several times. I had a copy of my doctors notes and immensely important things missing and completely false information on my notes!!!!!!

Disgusted! Just had my Covid booster jab here - not one person wearing a mask, none of the staff or the nurses doing the jabs! What's the point of having a mass vaccination day when NONE of the 'professionals' are taking precautions. Play it safe - go elsewhere.

Very kind and lovely staff! My first time there since moving to the area and felt very comfortable, even when I went back because I forgot my prescription. Doctor also had a time for me and felt like she listened to what I was saying. Thank you! Agree that patients should just be kind and understanding. They're doing all they can - be kind to our NHS
