    Very poor attitude from all staff been left without a cooker due to liberty gas worker attended and starting moaning within minutes claimed he had the wrong part what we have been waiting for phone the company to be rudly spoken too advoid at all cost people

    Worst service we have ever had from any company, call centre operatives are beyond rude, took nearly 2 weeks for someone to come and even look at my boiler even when I live with a disabled vulnerable person and a young child. When the engineer finnaly arived he openly admitted he couldnt do anything as he can't work on boilers I had to tell him how to read the manual for the fault codes and wiring diagram. Then he admitted he doesn't even carry tools on his van... going into the 3rd week without heating or hot water and told 100% someone would attend today to fit the parts before 5 clearly not going to happen. How this company is going is beyond me and the claims of getting rewards etc on their website must 100% be doctored to look good

    Shocking service from this cowboy company, No fitters available, incompetent, illiterate telephone staff. Three days without heating or hot water waiting for a boiler repair is unacceptable. They should be put out of business.

    Very poor service. Have turned my boiler off due to carbon monoxide leak. (Because who ever fitted it didnt do there job properly) Need new parts, me and my 4 children have been without heating and hot water for 2 days. I rang to check the status on the new part and we had been 24 hours without the boiler before they even ordered the part. I asked how long. He said he doesnt know could be days. I said so me and the children have to go without until someone can be arsed to get the part, he said yeah thats right. Disappointing and disgraceful customer service, supervisor couldnt give two hoots.

    0 stars if it would let me... 1st time I missed appointment as my daughter was poorly, so last thing on mind mind, sent me out a threating letter saying I was in breach of my contract and they would keep calling and if they needed to would bring the police and break in. Rearranged for them to come out a couple of days later.. never bothered turning up.. Rang and complained and rearranged again, got another threatening letter, 3rd time came out missed the door rang them as he was outside said my children were was sorting them out refused to come Into my property and its not there problem my children are ill and he didn't want to catch it so spoke to the manager and he said he would of refused aswell and I should of rang up and told them my kids were ill.. Then went on tell me they would ring onward homes and tell them I refused them to enter my property.. Re arranged again for today and surprise SURPRISE they have never turned up... Absolute joke of a copamy avoid at all costs!
