Postmen confuse addresses, several times I got parcels from another address and especially confuse swollownest, leave parcels behind the signature without knocking, very unprofessional approach to work, Next time I will not return the parcel but send it to the main office in London, with the explanation that there are such mistakes often

Shows as open on Google and royal mail's website, travel to the post office and they're shut.. Same experience as everyone else by the looks of it. Waste of time

End if my tether now with this place,never going in there again!!!! Closed on random days, so unreliable when you run a business!!!! I won't mention the staff unprofessionalism because I think they have a local reputation that defies words!

Called in twice this week, both days post office is closed. Spoke to a lady who said it's closed two different days each week so you can't even plan.
