Having initially had a gas safety inspection, Gary identified a number of safety issues which I was not aware of. What was most surprising was how 4 years with British Gas cover (2 years for landlord cover, 2 years as homecare cover) had not identified. The problem identified was sorted quickly, professionally and very good value for money. I also received a detailed email outlining the works that had been carried out, to support the invoice. The tenant also commented on the professionalism and friendliness of Gary, which I echo, particularly as I get quick and helpful responses whenever I have an issue.
From the perspective of a homeowner and now landlord, I would strongly recommended Plumbing and Heating For You if you want a reliable, professional and value for money service.
