        Brilliant service! I was nervous for the first groom of my spaniel as he's very energetic and wriggly. Charlotte immediately put him at ease and treat him as her own. I was able to pop off and do some shopping and when I returned he looked immaculate and smelled fresh as a daisy. He was relaxed throughout which I was amazed by, and saw for myself as I came back a little early. Will definitely be using this service again and would highly recommend. She is a real life dog whisperer! 10/10 from doggy and owner

        My dog is usually fussy with new people but they managed to get him to sit and have his nails cut, 10/10

        We moved to the area not so long ago and were worried about finding somewhere they would be patient and understanding with our Lhasa Apso, Ollie as he hates being groomed. Charlotte has been great. She's very calm and gentle with him. He just had his second hair cut with The Dog House and he comes out normal, not as traumatized as he did with the first person we tried in the area. Very happy to have found The Dog House
