Love this little shop second time me and my mum have been staff are so friendly and helpful, full of lots of quirky stuff i could buy everything, will be back again definitely

I was initially excited to visit this quaint shop months prior. A gal friend of mine mentioned it to me and after seeing their Facebook page I gave it a go and stopped in. Unfortunately, I was very much disappointed. I was not greeted in an welcoming manner. I was rather given a dirty look as I was browsing the shop from the young lady up front with unkept hair and piercings. I believe her name is Morgan as I recognized her from their company Facebook page. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Shame, but I will not be returning due to poor service. Maybe with new staff I believe the boutique would have better potential.

Morgan, I loved my trip last September to England. You have a beautiful store and you were so kind to help me on my travels. Your product was so beautiful. The gifts I brought home were a big hit! You made a forever customer.

Forced to leave poor review. Been a regular gift buyer from this store over the years. I was shocked to see the low review score but have had the same experience recently as most of the disgruntled customers on here. I went to the store on Wednesday and 'yes' it was open, I was chuffed as the opening is very much hit and miss. But it wasn't open!. Shutters up, welcome sign flashing away but door locked!. I sat outside for 15 minutes then gave up. Went back Thursday, window shutter up but door shutter down. Sat out side for a while but no one returned. Went back on Friday, the day of my wife's birthday. I had checked the website that said they ate open from 10.30. I had also messaged Morgan on Facebook but she never replied. The store was as you guessed it, closed! I give up with great disappointment. Such a fun store and Morgan is really nice to chat to. But my god, she needs to get a grip of the store. She must be losing so.much business now!. SORRY MORGAN

Not a bad shop at all, found the perfect gift for my sister, the lady serving was welcoming and friendly. Helped me to find exactly what I was looking for! Perfect experience cant complain will go back again
