Had my roof done on my conservatory over a year ago now. It leaked on several occasions. The guys came back out to repair it but unfortunately it is still leaking! I am constantly calling the office they take my calls saying someone will come out to fix it but no one turns up. Shocking aftersales and customer care! Trouble is once they have had your money they dont give a dam. Next thing they will say the warranty has ran out. Annoyed is an understatement!

4 Counties Group have just completed replacing our conservatory glass roof with a light weight tiled roof. Steve and Barney the installers and Chaz the plasterer have done an excellent job. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are delighted with the standard of work and look forward to cooler summers and warmer winters.

Absolutely terrible guarantee total waste of paper they take your money do a terrible job then dont want to know all I wanted was a nice water tight conservatory I finished up with a leaking roof and bodge wall with no cement between the bricks now and now causing me loads of problems Im having to get someone else to do it right They are just not interested any one want to see get in touch Dont let it happen to you I needed to give give one star to post this it should be minus.

Just had our conservatory roof done, highly satisfied and highly recommend, this has made such a difference now we can use our conservatory all year round. Mr & Mrs Brooks
