        Quick response and friendly approach. The service itself was poor. The report said our boiler was beyond economical repair and needs replacing (faulty heat exchange, sump, electrodes, seals and air vent. Quote for new boiler was 2250. Another engineer denied most of the faulty parts and fixed it within half an hour. It turned out to be a common issue with an easy fix. It cost me 60 instead. I wouldn't recommend.
