What can I say ??? I think you should be called ABOVE AND BEYOND!! The whole experience of our extension being built totally exceeded our expectations from start to finish and the team you have are AMAZING LOVELY PEOPLE who do you proud every day!!! We cant thank you all enough for making the whole experience a non stressful event and making our house in to a HOME!! 5 star service!!! Cant recommend you enough!! Thank you each and everyone one of you!!

Just had a new bathroom fitted, excellent service from start to finish, very organised and friendly company, an extra special mention and thank you to Kev, nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions I asked he was so patient. He completed to a very high standard and is a real credit to Beyond, thank you again.

After looking around at a number of Kitchen places to complete our kitchen project, we narrowed it down to a few firms. We had some companies who simply did not want to take on our project because it was too complex, ones that didn't want to fully strip back and others who apparently 'do the whole project' yet you have to get your own contractors in to do certain elements. Beyond can take care of the whole project, not just bits having one point of contact who deal with everything from design, fit even down to decoration. From taking our ideas to creating a design that could be viewed in their bespoke 4D design room that really allows you to see and feel how your new space could be we were impressed by the attention to detail and ideas produced on designs. Even requesting a complete change of design to changing other elements this was met with a 'we can do that' attitude. Work started on our Kitchen area on the date and time agreed which was a big tick. Whilst stripping back to brick a potential major issue was discovered with a main joist that had rotted and had been hidden many years ago. Issues are always to be expected in major works like Kitchens & Bathrooms, but probably not to the extent that was discovered. However this was not an issue. The site manager attended the site to come and view the issue and the relaxed attitude and comments of 'don't worry we can sort it' was very reassuring at a time where we were thinking oh my god what have we done. This is probably one of the great benefits of Beyond is that they do construction too so there is no waiting around for some 'expert' firm to come and look, they have the skills and knowledge to overcome such issues as this. Shaun went away back to the office and a plan of what needed to be done was worked out. Works agreed and a team of workers arrived next day and spent a lengthy day sorting out the joist issues and to ensure the project did not fall too far behind. The ability Beyond has to quickly reprioritise its workforce to issues is fantastic and prevents delay that using many other firms would have caused and also keeps costs down having teams in house that are capable of completing the work. The majority of the team at Beyond have a keen eye for detail and this is easily demonstrated by how they work and the quality of the work. The work ethic and dedication by the team is second to none. Even at final snagging the attention to detail is continued there where issues that I wouldn't have picked up on have been without absolutely no issue in sorting. Many firms either don't snag or don't call out things a customer may not have spotted, but again this is where Beyond is a cut above the rest and take self pride in being critical to their own work. We have an absolutely beautiful kitchen and a space to be proud of that feels built to last, but also feel reassured that should there be an issue that this will quickly be addressed. I'm known at work as being a very hard client to please, but I can honestly say I would happily use Beyond again and would recommend their work and product. Thanks to all the team for their hard work and dedication in delivering our end product.
