I got here 10-15 minutes early to this job realise there is some negative reviews about this job but saw they was a while ago, so thought Id try it. Dont go through this agency they basically just use you I did everything they asked. They basically just ring you up then get rid of you. Could be for covering someones holiday just so they can get more work done for example. They gave me no explanation like the other reviews say. Youll just be wasting youre time if you wanna work more than 1 week as after I just finished the week they then rang and got rid of me. Thanks for reading.

Just don't waste your time getting a job here, especially through an agency. The shopfloor workers are terrific people, but the shopfloor management are duplicitous and deceitfully. The management tell you on day one you'll receive training and you've got months to 'learn the ropes' and 'get the hang of the job' etc when, in actual fact, if you're not producing flawless work by the end of your second week then, frankly, you might as well start looking for another job right-away because you've no chance of making it to the end of your third week. The shopfloor management will pretend (to your face) to be supportive and say that you're doing a great in the morning but, as befits true managerial cowards, they'll get the agency the tell you're sacked the same evening without offering any explanation. The pay is peanuts, and the employee facilities pitiful too. Just don't waste your time with these people.

All good from a customer service perspective. Its always good to work with the manufacturer as they have the expertise and support systems in place.

Worked as an agency worker, got told to self-isolate by them and then they lay my off but the day before told me they had so much work on for 3 months and I was doing a great job. Get a phone call from agency saying they no longer require work but it was only yesterday it was so busy? Dont even support people whilst in a pandemic! Been back twice and made look a fool by both agency and labfacility. Disgusting tbh :)
