        Terrible shop, it's almost empty. Online shop offers many items and says available and in stock but actually not available, even in store. Some animals are in terrible condition, tropical animals without heating in the winter.... Just light bulb.... Unacceptable. Avoid this place!

        Their insane postage price for frozen food, was blamed on other stockists including them in their price. Yet Blue Lizard are dearer for the actual rodents too! I asked for a refund and they agreed. A week later and no replies to my chase email and no refund. Absolute cowboys without a clue.
