The clothing itself is lovely however the customer service etc is not great I ordered in the Boxing Day but on 30th December less than 24 hours later it all went into a further sale of 20% off I tried contacting to ask about cancelling my order as I could have saved 36+ my order was nearly 200, I didnt get a response for a while then was told this isnt possible without me being charged so I could have my order arrive and send back and not be charged my order didnt arrive next day I was aware no orders being processed till 3rd January so I should have received 4th and I havent received it until 8th January, then today it no has gone down even more in the sale - I love to support small business and chose to support this business and Im just so disappointed and annoyed at the extra saving I could have made, I know times for business are hard but I just dont agree with this and find there customer service unhelpful and not understanding . In future I will stick to my regular small businesses I support and as a first time shopper with this company it isnt very inviting to shop again

I purchased a couple of items for my little girl at around 3 in the afternoon and by 3 oclock the next day they had arrived. Packaging was lovely and the items themselves are amazing quality, literally couldnt fault a thing! One of the best small businesses I have ever ordered from, thank you!

This is a fraudulent store, do not buy from them! On their website they said they would deliver within 5 working days, it has been over 3 months and I have yet to receive my order! When I chased them up, they said I am responsible for customs! Everyone knows it is the retailer who are meant to pay the VAT and Customs! I have alerted the authorities to their fraudulent practice and false advertising. You cannot claim to deliver to Europe when you obviously don't! I guess Millie and John thinks by being in the UK they can defraud European customers without consequences. They advertise themselves as a small family business, and I do want to support such businesses. But after this experience, I will only go with the likes of Amazon for online orders.
