Shambolic at every stage throughout my order. Waited months only to be delivered the wrong product with no explanation. Poor service. Poor excuses. Poor all around.

Save yourselves a huge amount of time , do not use these for anything. I ordered an item , several weeks late i had to call and ask where my Item was ? Again several more weeks later still no item ? Then they cancelled the item and offered me over the value if i bought from them again ? I opted for a refund ? 3 months in no item no refund ???? All phone lines are down and no chance of even talking to them this is edited and 4 months on no closer to anything being sorted . Still fancy buying from them ????

I ordered a clock and did take note that on the order confirmation it states between 7 and 28 days for delivery. I chased delivery around 18 days and was informed that it would be dispatched later that week. i asked if it was in stock to which the reply was yes so asked why it hadn't been dispatched sooner - the reply was because delivery is done within 28 days. It's obvious that they take money and keep hold of it right until the last minute of needing to release the item. I received no confirmation for it being dispatched and chased them on day 28 which they said it would be delivered that day. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a table and later cancelled due to terribly long delivery time. That was in August and it's now October with no refund in sight. I've had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back Avoid!

I ordered form the company on 23rd Nov 2018, it is now 26th Feb 2019 and still no product. I have chased this up and had a few different excuses and now the lines are constantly having technical difficulties. I don't think ill ever get the products and I will be taking this further. I can not stress enough DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER
