        I paid 2 for windscreen wash and nothing came out, asked instore if he could sort it out and he said no. He told me there was nothing he can do as I could just be making this up?! What?? They seem to employ the lowest and dimmest kind of people here who cannot deal with a simple problem. Absolutely useless staff! I wont be filling up here anymore either.

        I would give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service from the member of staff with the Scottish accent was appalling. I spend close to 3k a month on fuel for my business and I will be happy to use the BP a minute up the road instead now. By far the worst Shell Petrol station I have ever been to.
