Fantastic service from start to finish. Andy was really quick to respond to my emails, and answered any questions I had. Quality products and a great price as well. The doors and windows were fitted within 2 weeks of the order. Would definitely recommend.

I have been really impressed with the service offered by Trueglide, I completed an online enquiry form and received a phone call to talk through my request. I felt uncomfortable buying a product without being able to see it first, so Andy invited me to the workshop to see the product. He explained everything and showed me options of locks, colours, handles etc., without any pressure whatsoever. My bifold doors were manufactured and stored until my fitter was ready for them. They were delivered on time and fitted yesterday. Im delighted and they look amazing. Thank you Andy for walking me through the process with no pressure whatsoever, its been really appreciated. Without hesitation I can recommend Trueglide, they offer a quality product with excellent customer service at a fantastic price.
