Very pleased with our Lutron automated shades that LA, helped us with. Braden quickly came out within days for our consultation and made great recommendations for our southern facing sunroom. Kevin's installation was quick and thorough, explaining the features of Lutron's app and ease of use. We'll certainly consider their team again in the future for other home automation needs. LA was very professional, listened to my description of the issue and worked through identifying the issue and finding a resolution. The first thought was a simple resolution, then we moved on to a full reset, but alas, the issue is not reparable. After a good discussion about a way forward, I will say that I will be a customer of LA, Automation going forward. Their service and commitment to the best solution for a client is amazing.
