Ear wax removal, mobile service by a specialist ear care practitioner

Jayne provided an excellent and professional service for my father and there are plenty of reasons I'd say this. Firstly Jayne was easy to communicate with and the booking process a breeze. She arrived promptly and was very quick at putting my 77 year old dad at ease and we had plenty of lighthearted banter during her visit. That said - she remained extremely professional, was fastidious in her work and even spotted an ear infection which she gave us professional advice and we have been in contact with our GP. Jayne is a fully registered and professional ear care nurse and she was amazing and has made a huge difference to my dad. Now - something that you should note if you're seen other advertisements on Facebook, local free ads etc - this is VERY important so please read. Jayne is INCREDIBLY transparent with her pricing - no hidden costs - this is not the case with others. Don't be fooled by other local earwax removal listings on the Internet claiming they're the "cheapest around" - I initially went after one advertised all over Facebook in the Sheffield/Rotherham area quoted as "mobile 35"...long story short next day appointments (classed as emergency appointments) 70 and that's if you travel to their address.....and "mobile appointments" the prices were inflated (but not advertised)....jumping from 35 to 80 with the only reason given was that Eckington was out of her area - despite it being incredibly close really. Apparently it's only 35 if you travel to her house for the procedure - not very mobile then is it? Bottom line - straight forward procedure from start yo finish, attentive and caring. Highly recommended and if you need your ears sorting - Jayne is the one you should book. X

Would really recommend Jayne. I was really nervous about having my ear cleaned but she really put me at ease. Jayne explained about everything she would be doing and reassured me all would be OK. Very professional, offered advice about ear care moving forward and couldn't be more happy with the service she offered. Couldn't recommend her highly enough and 5 stars isn't enough to reflect the true value of the service she offers. Thanks Jayne.
