appointment time wasn't kept.Was told on arrival that she was running a little bit behind,We can all get a bit behind with appointments, but I see running a bit behind as 10 minutes not 30,I feel I should have been told on arrival it was going to be a 30 minute wait then I could decide whether to re schedule or wait.Also didn't appreciate a member of staff coughing over me without covering their mouth.I am immuno suppressed and stuff like that could put me in hospital.
