Professional staff, always pleasant and polite.
Walk in appointments are available but I find booking via the Facebook or messenger app always guarantees your time slot is available without having to sit and wait.
Future appointments can be booked at the end of your visit.
Nice venue, comfortable seating, modern look to the venue. TV or radio playing in the background not too loud that you can't hear what the staff are saying.
The staff do engage in banter and this is certainly one of the things I find appealing about this place.
