When I asked for confirmation from my landlord (St. Leger Homes) they said OK and promised to get them to send out a letter... again, so far so good
Fast forward to today. I get a visit from a representative of St. Leger Homes who have been told by Tersus that they couldn't get ahold of me... a blatant and unnecessary lie... how is anyone meant to trust a company who would lie over something so trivial?
I strongly suggest St Leger Homes find a less dishonest contractor to outsource to in future.
