        This place is a disgrace good luck with the broken appointments system , as the other users have said it will be quicker to go to a and e rather than use this broken place with the rudest reception staff Ive ever come across. How they speak to people is disgusting its clear theres no training for them to be as bad as they are You can be queuing on the phone whilst in pain and discomfort for over an hour for the appointment system to have allocated the twentieth person in the queue the last appointment and ring back tomorrow They run a dangerous lottery with peoples health putting additional pressure on the NHS by not re opening the shutters from lockdown

        Waste of time phoning it just rings off, can't get an appointment , can't see a doctor. Or as others have said sit and wait for hours to see a doctor . Total waste of time , no wonder A&E is always packed
