Dinnington Delivery Office

Postmen confuse addresses, several times I got parcels from another address and especially confuse Alison drive with Alison close swollownest, leave parcels behind the signature without knocking, very unprofessional approach to work

Had a special delivery due and I missed it because I was upstairs and didn't hear the postman knock. I rang dinnington delivery office and the woman on reception was incredibly helpful and rang the postman for me and got it redelivered for me that same day about an hour later. I am Very grateful to the postman and receptionist as this letter was very important. Thank you all you made my day x

Snotty woman on reception, was only satisfied I was who I was after looking at bank card, driving licence and bill with my name and address on, questioning me on why my last name was different, thats due to personal reasons that I dont wish to explain. My nan sent me the order and her suggestion was to tell my Nan to put the right name, its a little bit hard to when they are very elderly and get confused. Maybe using a few please and thank you and a less snarky tone in your voice. Lets hope I never need to visit that office again.

How can you have a sorting office with such ridiculous opening times... and Wednesdays, the only chance I could get my parcel of medication, its closed ... pathetic!
